Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C of Parmesean cheese, shredded
1 C of Greek yogurt (non-fat)
1 t of garlic powder
1 & 1/2 t of season salt
1/2 t of pepper
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray
Put chicken in dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Bake for 45 min or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Recipe Thoughts:
I wish I knew who originally thought of this recipe. It's delicious and truly melts in your mouth. The originally recipe says to bake for 45 min, but if you want a crispier topping bake a little longer. Also, I have used the ground parmesan cheese in the past, but Aldi sells some delicious (and cheap!) whole parmesan that would taste even better.
